Which WhatsApp number sends the reminders?
Your business number, connected through the official WhatsApp Business Platform. Reminder texts are templates approved by Meta.
What happens if a client doesn't reply?
The appointment stays marked as awaiting reply and shows up in your follow-up list, so you can call ahead.
When do I create my account?
Right after paying. We email a link to the address you used at checkout, and your account is created with that email.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime, from Plan and billing. Your calendar stays readable, and your data is kept for 90 days in case you come back.
Do you need my clients' consent?
Yes. Slotly only sends reminders to clients marked as having agreed to receive WhatsApp messages.
